Product functionality issues
It doesn't cool
step 1 :confirm with the customer whether the power supply is AC household electricity. If the customer is connected to a driver energy storage or inverter, first confirm whether the power of the energy storage or inverter is>2000W. If not, ask the customer to replace the qualified energy storage or inverter.
Step 2: Power supply compliance. After starting up, first confirm with the customer whether the refrigeration mode is selected and the temperature is set to the lowest, switch from air supply mode to refrigeration mode, and whether to wait for 5 minutes. Wait for the compressor to start (when the compressor starts, touch the body with your hand and feel a slight vibration).
If there is slight vibration, it means that the compressor starts normally. After running for half an hour, the front side outputs cold air and the rear side exhausts hot air
Step 3: If the compressor is not started, check whether a fault code will pop up on the display
If the fault code E2 occurs, contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for replacement.
If the fault code E3 occurs, contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for replacement.
If the fault code E4 occurs, wait for 10 minutes after power failure, and then plug in the test. If the compressor still does not start after 3 power failure tests, contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for replacement.
NO power issue(No response on the display after plugging in)
Step 1: Confirm whether the power supply is properly connected. Check if it’s directly connected to AC power. If using a portable power bank, ensure its power rating exceeds 2000W. For batteries connected through a purchased inverter, verify both the inverter and battery have power ratings above 2000W
Step 2: If the power supply is normal, remove the shell and check whether the internal power line interface is loose. If it is loose or loose, replug it to ensure that the interface is stable.
Step 3: If the power interface is normal, check whether the power board is damaged. If it is damaged, contact customer service to send back the power board or send it back to the warehouse for replacement.
Step 4. If the power board is normal, check whether the control board is damaged. If there is damage, contact customer service to send back the power board or send it back to the warehouse for replacement.
Abnormal key press
After powering on, the display lights up normally, but the buttons are abnormal. Please contact the customer service to request a replacement power board or send the product back to the warehouse for a new one.
No air output (After the normal startup, no air is output from the air outlet.
The front air outlet does not blow air:
If the fault code E6 appears, contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
If plastic debris is blown out after startup, the impeller may be damaged. Contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
The rear air outlet does not blow air:
If the fault code E7 appears, contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
If plastic debris is blown out after startup, the impeller may be damaged. Contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
Leakage
1. Leakage during transportation is a normal phenomenon. Customers are required to pull out the waterproof plug before transportation or after use, pour out the condensed water completely, insert the plug back, and then transport or store.
2. Place it on a horizontal platform during use, and the inclination angle should not exceed 5 degrees.
3. When in dehumidification mode or when the environmental humidity is greater than 75%, the drainage pipe must be connected for drainage.
4. If leakage occurs other than the above situations, contact the customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
remote control
The remote control is an infrared remote control. It must be pointed at the receiving port on the display to be used normally. If it fails to work after 3 tests, contact the customer service and request a replacement remote control.
App
1.Check if the App version is the latest version. Restart the Bluetooth and air conditioner, and reconnect. If the test fails after 3 attempts, contact the customer service.
2. Unable to connect to update the latest version of the APP iOS1.7.2. Shut down, restart, and reconnect to fix it.

Product performance issues
noise
1. Ask the customer to adjust to sleep mode and feel the noise level from a distance of 1 meter.
2. Place the main unit outdoors and connect the cold air outlet pipe to the indoor area.
3. In the strong mode, the noise issue is not considered, and the maximum cooling effect is turned on.
4. The collision sound generated by shaking the fuselage is a normal collision sound of the internal structure of the compressor.
Refrigerating capacity
1. This machine is applicable to two-person tents with an area of within 6 square meters. It is suitable for use within 35℃.
2. Connecting the exhaust pipes at the front and back has a significant impact on the cooling capacity.
Boot test
1. After getting the main unit, let it stand for 4 hours before turning it on for use.
2. Power supply requirements: AC household power supply / energy storage power supply (>2000W) / inverter (>2000W). After plugging in, all the air – conditioner button panels will light up, and the display screen will show two horizontal bars (——) after 1 second.
3. Press the power – on/off key to start the machine. It will automatically enter the cooling mode. The display screen shows a temperature of 25℃, and both the temperature (16 – 32℃) and the wind speed (F1 – F2 – F3) can be adjusted.
If you want to select other modes, press the function key to choose the mode you need.
1. Dehumidification mode: The temperature displayed on the display screen is 25℃. Neither the temperature nor the wind speed can be adjusted.
2. Sleep mode: The temperature displayed on the display screen is 24℃. The temperature cannot be adjusted, but the wind speed can be adjusted in a cycle of F1 – F2 – F3.
3. Turbo mode: The temperature displayed on the display screen is 16℃. Neither the temperature nor the wind speed can be adjusted.
4. Air – supply mode: The wind speed displayed on the display screen is F2. The temperature cannot be adjusted, and the wind speed can be adjusted in a cycle of F2 – F3 – F1.
Note: In the (cooling / sleep / dehumidification / turbo) modes, the compressor will start. In the (air – supply) mode, the compressor will not start. Therefore, when switching from the air – supply mode to the cooling mode, you need to wait 3 – 5 minutes for the compressor to start.
Warm reminder
Regular cleaning:
1. Filter: Clean the filter regularly according to the diagrams in the instruction manual.
2. If the environment is poor, use an air gun to regularly clean the evaporator and condenser.
Use tips
1. The compressor has an automatic protection mechanism. When the mode changes frequently, wait for 3 – 5 minutes before restarting.
2. If you need to restart immediately, disconnect the power supply for 1 minute and then reconnect it.
3. When the ambient temperature is low, the temperature must be set to the minimum to enable the compressor to start normally.

Product code issues
E1 appears
Internal environment temperature failure, sensor NTC open circuit or short circuit——After disassembling the machine, re-plug the sensor NTC on the power board.

An E3 appears —— Compressor no-load alarm, lack of refrigerant — —- Contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
Wait for 10 minutes after power off, then plug it in and test.
E4 appears
Compressor overload operation alarm, compressor start and stop ——- If the compressor still fails to start after 3 power-off tests, contact customer service. The interval time is too short.
Return it to the warehouse for a replacement.
E6 occurs
Front fan wind speed fault — Contact customer service and send it back to the warehouse for a replacement.
E7 appears
