Why isn't my refrigerator working?
1. Please check if the content is displayed on the control panel. If it is not displayed, check if there is a problem with the refrigerator’s power supply according to the following video. Check if the wiring of the electrical panel is loose. Check if the terminals of the rear cowl are loose. Check the fuse. Replace the electronic control board.
2. If the refrigerator does not operate even though the contents are displayed on the control panel, please contact our company.
Why does the temperature of the refrigerator measured with a thermometer differ from the temperature displayed on the panel?
The average temperature of the entire refrigerator is displayed on the operation panel. Placing the thermometer in different positions will show different temperatures. It is recommended to place the thermometer in the center of the refrigerator and hang it in the air to measure the temperature. At the same time, the temperature of the refrigerator fluctuates. The temperature variation of the refrigerator is plus or minus 6 degrees Fahrenheit or plus or minus 3 degrees Celsius.
Why doesn't the refrigerator maintain the set temperature and instead fluctuates up and down within a certain temperature range?
The refrigerator operates in cycle mode. After reaching the set temperature, the compressor stops for about 10 minutes, and the temperature inside the refrigerator rises by about 3 to 5 °C. After that, the refrigerator operates again and drops to the set temperature, and the compressor stops again. Generally speaking, the more food stored in the refrigerator, the longer it takes to reach the set temperature.
Why doesn't the refrigerator reach the set temperature?
1. Leave the refrigerator in the normal closed state for 1 hour and check if it has reached the set temperature.
2. Check if the exhaust vent of the refrigerator fan is blocked. Ensure a space of at least 15 cm around the exhaust vent. If the fan is not operating, please contact us.
3. Check if an error code is displayed on the panel and follow the troubleshooting plan.
4. If the problem persists after trying the above measures, please contact us.
The refrigerator has stopped working and there is a burning smell.
1. Check if any error codes are displayed on the panel and follow the troubleshooting steps.
2. When using the refrigerator, please use the original adapter.
3. If the above solutions do not resolve the issue, please contact us.
The readings displayed on the temperature panel of this electric freezer are extremely inaccurate.
It is normal when the displayed temperature is within the range of the set temperature ±3℃. Converted to Fahrenheit, it is approximately 6℉. (This temperature test is conducted using special laboratory equipment. The error may vary due to the use of different thermometers by customers and different locations.)
1. This is because of the refrigeration mechanism of the refrigerator compressor. After the refrigerator reaches the set temperature, the compressor will stop, and then the temperature inside the box will rise. This temperature fluctuation is normal.
2. Regarding the difference between the thermometer reading and the displayed temperature, due to the distribution of the pipelines in the refrigerator, the temperature at each point inside the box is different. There are refrigeration pipelines on the refrigerator wall, so the temperature there is lower, while there are no refrigeration pipelines at the bottom, so the temperature is higher. The panel displays the overall temperature inside the box, while the thermometer may only measure the temperature at a certain location, thus there is a difference.

Does the cooler need a battery to operate if it is connected to the vehicle?
If you place the refrigerator in a car, it is recommended to connect it to a battery when the car is not in use.
I would like to put this in an outdoor off-grid shed. The temperature could range from 0 Fahrenheit in the winter to 110 in the summer. What are the ambient temperature parameters for this unit?
The maximum temperature of this refrigerator cannot exceed 43℃, and there is no limit on the minimum temperature.
However, please note that the higher the temperature, the weaker the refrigerator’s cooling effect will be.
Error code
The input voltage of E1 is too low.
1. Scenario 1: The input voltage of the adapter is too low.
Solution: Adjust the battery protection level to “Medium” or “Low”. Please wait for 3 – 5 minutes until the refrigerator resets.
If the refrigerator still does not start normally, please use the AC power cord to operate the refrigerator.
2. Scenario 2: If the car doesn’t start, plug the refrigerator’s power cord into the car’s cigarette lighter.
Solution: Please connect the refrigerator after the car has started.
Problems of E2 fans
If you confirm that the fan is malfunctioning, please replace it with a new one. Please contact our company. If you do so, we will send you a new replacement fan.
An input voltage error frequently occurs when the E3 compressor is started.
1. Scenario 1: E3 is displayed when using the in – car refrigerator.
Solution: Stop the refrigerator for 5 minutes. If it still doesn’t work after restarting, it is a fault of E1. Please refer to the troubleshooting and solution of E1.
2. Scenario 2: When using the refrigerator at home, E3 is displayed.
Solution: Adjust the battery protection level to medium or low level. If the refrigerator does not start normally, use the AC power cord to start the refrigerator. If this solution is not helpful, please contact us.
The rotational speed of the E4 compressor turbine is too low.
Adjust the input voltage, reconnect the refrigerator, and turn on the power.
If this solution does not work, please contact us.
Overheating of the E5 controller chip
It is necessary to stop the refrigerator for 5 minutes. After that, please check if there is overheating due to blockage around the air vent of the compressor.
The E6 NTC cable is cut or short - circuited.
Remove the display panel and check if the NTC cable is not cut. If this solution is not helpful, please contact us.
Other problems
Is it possible to use an inverter to convert the DC current of a car into AC current and then connect a refrigerator?
We do not recommend this. The voltage after the inverter is not very stable, and it may cause the refrigerator to report an error. We recommend using the cigarette lighter cord directly and connecting it to DC.
Why does the charger/power adapter get so hot?
Since the charger/power adapter converts some power loss into heat, the operating temperature of the charger/power adapter may sometimes reach 60°C to 70°C. This is normal operation of the charger/power adapter.

Is the refrigerator waterproof?
Although the refrigerator is designed to be drip-proof, there is a risk of electric leakage if it is exposed to water for a long time.
When the refrigerator emits a bad odor, how should it be cleaned?
After cleaning the interior of the refrigerator using dishwashing detergent and water, please open the lid and let it air dry.
Why does the refrigerator make a sound of water flowing?
This is the sound of the refrigerant flowing through the pipes inside the refrigerator.
Does a one-gallon water jug fit in the refrigerator?
Yes, this refrigerator can store a 1 – gallon water container.
Can the battery be connected to the refrigerator and the car cigarette lighter simultaneously?
If the battery is installed and used inside the refrigerator, it cannot be connected to both the refrigerator and the vehicle battery simultaneously. However, if the battery is used as a separate external power source without being placed in the battery box, it can be connected to both the refrigerator and the vehicle battery at the same time.
Can the refrigerator be connected to the APP?
This refrigerator currently does not have the function to connect to the APP. If you need a refrigerator that can be connected to the APP via Bluetooth, we recommend ordering our company’s CRD/ED/Rocky series refrigerators.
