Why isn't my refrigerator working?
1. Please check if there is any display on the operation panel. If there is no display, please refer to the following video to check the power supply issue of the refrigerator.
2. If the contents are displayed on the control panel but the refrigerator still does not operate, please contact our company for further processing.
Why does the temperature of the refrigerator measured with a thermometer differ from the temperature displayed on the panel?
The operation panel displays the average temperature of the entire refrigerator. Placing the thermometer in different positions will result in different temperature readings. It is recommended to place the thermometer in the center of the refrigerator and hang it in the air to measure the temperature. At the same time, the temperature of the refrigerator fluctuates. The temperature fluctuation range of the refrigerator is plus or minus 6 degrees Fahrenheit or plus or minus 3 degrees Celsius.
Why doesn't the refrigerator maintain the set temperature and instead fluctuates up and down within a certain temperature range?
The refrigerator operates in cycle mode. After reaching the set temperature, the compressor stops for about 10 minutes, and the temperature inside the refrigerator rises by about 3 to 5 degrees Celsius. After that, the refrigerator starts operating again until it cools down to the set temperature, and then the compressor stops again. Generally speaking, the more food stored in the refrigerator, the longer it takes to reach the set temperature.
Why doesn't the refrigerator reach the set temperature?
1. Keep the refrigerator in its normal closed state for 1 hour, and then check if the temperature has reached the set temperature.
2. Please check if the exhaust vent of the refrigerator fan is blocked. Leave a 15cm space around the exhaust vent. If you find that the fan is not operating, please contact us.
3. Check if an error code is displayed on the panel and follow the troubleshooting plan.
4. If the problem is not resolved by the above measures, please contact us.
The refrigerator is broken and there is a burnt smell.

Error code
The F1 input voltage is too low.
1. Scenario 1: The adapter input voltage is too low.
Solution: Adjust the battery protection level to “medium” or “low” level. Wait 3-5 minutes for the refrigerator to reset automatically.
If the refrigerator still does not start normally, use the AC power cord to run the refrigerator.
2. Scenario 2: When the car does not start, plug the refrigerator power cord into the car smoke igniter.
Solution: Connect the refrigerator after the car starts.
F2 fan overcurrent shutdown
The solutions are as follows:
1. The fan’s power cord is loose – Remove the rear cover and check if the fan’s power cord on the module is loose.
2. The fan is stuck —- Check the fan and remove or replace it.
3. If the fan is not clogged, the fan is malfunctioning — Please contact our company. We will send a new fan and replace it.
F3 compressor motor startup error
The detection methods are as follows:
1. It is caused by frequent power on and off. — Please shut down and restart after 10 minutes.
2. After stopping the freezer several times, it cannot be restarted (the starting voltage is low). —- Check the battery protection level and input voltage.
3. Controller failure. —- If the failure persists even after stopping for 1 hour and restarting, please contact us.
F4 Compressor Motor Rotation Speed Error
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
1. It is caused by frequent startups. — Restore the settings to those at the factory shipment and restart after shutting down for more than 1 hour.
2. If F4 is still displayed after restarting, there is a malfunction in the compressor. In this case, please contact our company.
Compressor control module F5 thermal protection cut-off
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
1. Prevent overheating of the module due to high surrounding temperatures or a confined space. — Change to an environment with a lower surrounding temperature and open space, stop the machine for 1 hour, and then restart it.
2. The ventilation port is blocked, causing poor heat dissipation and module over-temperature protection. — Remove the object blocking the ventilation port, leave a 15 – centimeter gap, stop the machine for 1 hour, and then restart it.
3. If F5 is still displayed after performing all of the above tests, please contact us.
Hardware failure of the F6 controller
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
1. Hardware failure of the controller. — Restore to the settings at the time of shipment. If the failure persists after stopping for 1 hour and restarting, please replace the controller.
2. If the F6 continues to be displayed even after replacing the controller, please contact us.
The temperature sensor head of F7/F8 is short - circuited.
If the code F7/F8 is displayed on the refrigerator, please contact us. We will send you a new replacement.
Other problems
Is it possible to use an inverter to convert the DC power of a vehicle to AC power and then connect a refrigerator?
We do not recommend this. This is because the voltage after the inverter is not very stable, and it may cause the refrigerator to report an error. We recommend using the cigarette lighter cord directly and connecting it to DC.
Why does the charger/power adapter get so hot?
Since the charger/power adapter converts part of the lost power into heat, the operating temperature of the charger/power adapter may sometimes reach 60°C to 70°C. This is normal operation of the charger/power adapter.

Does the refrigerator have water resistance?
Although this refrigerator is designed with a drip – proof specification, long – term exposure to water may pose a risk of electric leakage.
When the refrigerator starts to smell, how should I clean it?
Clean the inside of the refrigerator using dishwashing detergent and water, and then open the lid and let it air dry.
Why does the refrigerator make a sound of water flowing?
This is the sound of the refrigerant flowing through the pipes inside the refrigerator.
Can the wheels and handles of the CRD refrigerator be removed?
The wheel and the handle are detachable. To remove them, a Phillips screwdriver with a diameter of 4 – 6mm is required.
Can the CRD refrigerator be connected to WiFi?
This refrigerator can only be connected via Bluetooth, not WiFi.
Can the CRD refrigerator be directly connected to solar panels? If so, what kind of equipment is required?
You cannot directly connect the refrigerator to the solar panels. If you need to connect the solar panels to the refrigerator, you will also need a MC4 to DC7909 cable and a battery.
