Why is my refrigerator not working?
1. Check if the control panel displays content. If not, please follow the video below to check the refrigerator power problem.
2. If the control panel has content displayed, but the refrigerator still does not work, please contact us for further processing.
Why is the refrigerator temperature measured by a thermometer different from that displayed on the panel?
The control panel shows the average temperature of the refrigerator as a whole. If the thermometer is placed in a different position, different temperatures will appear. We recommend that you place the thermometer in the center of the refrigerator and hang it in the air to test the temperature. At the same time, the temperature of the refrigerator fluctuates. The temperature fluctuation value of the refrigerator is plus or minus 6℉ or plus or minus 3 ℃.
Why doesn't the refrigerator maintain the set temperature, but instead fluctuates within a temperature range?
The refrigerator works in a cycle mode. After reaching the set temperature, the compressor will stop working for about 10 minutes, and the temperature inside the refrigerator will rise by about 3~5℃. Then the refrigerator will work again until it drops to the set temperature, and the compressor will stop again. Generally speaking, the more food is stored in the refrigerator, the longer it will take to reach the set temperature.
Why doesn't the refrigerator reach the set temperature?
1. Please keep the refrigerator in the normally closed state for one hour, and then check whether the temperature reaches the preset temperature.
2. Please check whether the air outlet of the refrigerator fan is blocked. Please leave 15cm of space for the air outlet. If you find that the fan has not worked, please contact us.
3. Please check whether there is any error code displayed on the panel and follow our troubleshooting plan.
4. If the above measures do not solve your problem, please contact us.
The refrigerator doesn't work and has a burning smell

Error Code
E1 Input voltage too low
1. Scenario one: the input voltage of the adapter is too low.
Solution: Adjust the battery protection level to “Medium” or “Low” level. Wait for 3-5 mins to let the refrigerator reset itself.
If the fridge still does not start properly, Please use the AC power cord to run the refrigerator.
2. Scenario two: Insert the refrigerator power cord into the car cigar lighter when the car doesn’t start.
Solution: Connect the refrigerator later after the car starts.
E2 Fan problem
Please replace a new fan when you confirm the fan malfunction. Contact us and we will send you a new fan for replacement.
E3 Compressor startup frequently input voltage fault
1. Scenario one: E3 appears when using the fridge in the car.
Solution: Shut down the fridge for 5 minutes. If it still does not work after you restart it, then it is an E1 fault please refer to the E1 troubleshooting and solution.
2. Scenario two: E3 appears when using the fridge at home.
Solution: Adjust battery protection level to Medium or Low level. If the fridge still does not start properly, Please use the AC power cord to run the refrigerator. If the solution is not helpful, please contact us.
E4 Compressor turbine speed too low
The input voltage needs to be adjusted and reconnect the refrigerator to power.

E5 Controller chip overheating
You need to shut down the fridge for 5 minutes. After that, check whether it is an overheating caused by the blockage around the vent of the compressor.
E6 NTC cable disconnecting or in a short circuit
Pry out the display panel and check whether the NTC cable is disconnecting.

Other issues
Is it possible to use an inverter to convert the car's DC to AC and then connect the refrigerator?
We do not recommend this because the voltage after the inverter is not very stable and may cause the refrigerator to report an error. We recommend using a cigarette lighter cord directly and connecting to direct current.
Why does the charger/power adapter become so hot?
Because the charger/power adapter converts some of the lost power into heat, the operating temperature of the charger/power adapter may sometimes reach 60℃ to 70℃. This is normal operation of the charger/power adapter.

Is the refrigerator waterproof?
The refrigerator is designed to be splash-proof, but prolonged exposure to water may cause a risk of electric leakage.
How to clean your refrigerator when it smells bad?
Please use dishwashing liquid + water to clean the inside of the refrigerator, then open the cover and wait for it to air dry naturally.
Why does the refrigerator make the sound of water flowing?
This is the sound of refrigerant flowing through the pipes inside the refrigerator.
