Usage Instruction
Can the FORT 1500 be charged while using?
Yes, the FORT 1500 supports pass-through charging, but it will decrease the battery life, so we suggest you don’t do that.
How long can the FORT 1500 power my device?
You can use the formula to calculate: 1456Wh 0.9/operating power of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment used may vary.
What should I do if I want to use the car cigarette port to charge the FORT 1500?
You can use the Car Charging Cable(cigarette to DC5521)we provided to charge the FORT 1500,and the Max input power is 140W.
Where can I find any details (videos FAQS) about the operation and use of FORT 1500?
You can find more information about the product on our YouTube account or official website (YouTube:BougeRV,Website:bougerv.com)
What matters should I pay attention to in daily use?
1. Please keep FORT 1500 fully recharged at least once a month,0%-100%.
2. Please recharge FORT 1500, when the capacity on the display is less than 20%.
3. Ensure that the operating temperature of the FORT 1500 is within 0-40 degrees. The low and high temperatures will cause a reduction in battery life.
4. Please ensure that the storage environment of the FORT 1500 is dry and stays away from direct sunshine and flammable sources.
Charging Issues
Why it can be discharged to around 30% and then suddenly switch to 0 percent and after a few seconds it turns off? After a reset, it shows 80% but after a few seconds, it goes back to 0 and turns off.
Please confirm all the ports are working normally.
If they are working normally, please long-press the power button for 10S to reset the power station and then do a test:
Fully charge the power station(no discharging at this time) and then completely discharge it(no charging at this time). Do this full charge and discharge test twice.
Why does the charger/power adapter become so hot?
Because the charger/power adapter converts some of the lost power into heat, the operating temperature of the charger/power adapter may sometimes reach 60℃ to 70℃. This is the normal operation of the charger/power adapter.
If it does not work properly or emits a burning smell, please contact us.
When I press the Power button but can not wake the power station up.
The power station may be in the feeding state, and it needs to be charged for a long time to store the power.
Please use the AC adapter charging cable to charge the power station for about 1-2 days, and use it after it is fully charged.
Can I use two 100 watt panels with this device?
This depends on the PV input voltage. The PV solar charging for our 1456Wh station is 12-45V , 12A 400W max. If your solar panels are within this range, they will work
